A hands-on Florence cooking class making fresh pasta and tiramisu in a local restaurant, with wine tastings and a coffee or limoncello.

“Our chef instructor, Narghess, was great. She was funny, friendly and very patient. Her English was exceptional and she knew many humorous American idioms. She kept us in stitches. She also was very generous with the libations during our pasta prep. After we made two types of pasta, we retired to a table in the adjacent restaurant. Here our pasta was cooked and topped with delicious sauces appropriate to each dish. We also enjoyed red and white wine with our dinner. Everyone left full and content.”

“This class was everything my wife and I had anticipated and more. Everyone was very punctual. Our chef /instructor Tomasia ( Tommy) was very good. He engaged with all 19 of us in a very professional, fun, and entertaining upbeat manner. He helped out those that needed a little more personal attention and complimented all. This class was a birthday celebration trip for us. Being able to enjoy the food we had made from scratch at our class luncheon was very nice. It was a perfect ending to a fun morning/afternoon. Great food with new friends from around the world.”

Make Spritz and fresh pasta in Rome near Piazza Navona, then enjoy wine, bruschetta, and tiramisu in a small hands-on class.

“The experience was good, although the organization rebooked me to a different experience, not the same as I booked, it didn't had so many things to do/learn, we only did tiramisu and two types of pasta. But our instructor, Lori, she was great, 5 star instructor, she had…”
